How we handle corrections
We try to keep every article and quiz activity accurate and clearly within the non-clinical, educational scope described in our editorial policy. When we get something wrong, we want to know.
How to report an issue
If you spot a factual error, a confusing explanation, a broken link, or any wording that reads as more clinical or definitive than intended, please contact us with:
- The page or quiz activity involved (a link or title is enough).
- What you believe is incorrect or unclear.
- A source, if you have one, though this isn't required.
What happens next
We review every report. If a correction is needed, we update the content directly. Minor corrections (typos, broken links, small clarity edits) are made without a separate note. Substantive corrections — anything that changes the meaning of a claim — are made as soon as practical after review.
Quiz activities
If an activity's correct answer or explanation is flagged as wrong or ambiguous, we remove or rewrite it rather than leaving it live while under review.
